If you’re yearning for a Caribbean vacation, but are locked down at home, we’ve got a selection of the hottest Caribbean restaurants in Halton. Some of our favourite dishes include Jamaican patties, roti with tasty roti skin, spicy jerk chicken, Trini doubles with chana and hot sauce, oxtail soup, and Barbados (Bajan) pudding and souse.
Like the rest of Canada, Halton is home to a culturally diverse group of people. We’re happy to be able to experience the tastes of the cultures of our fellow neighbours.

D HOT SHOPPE
This top-rated Caribbean restaurant is famous, not only in Halton but GTA-wide. Jerk Chicken is fall-off-the-bone good, and the rotis are plentiful and made extra delicious with their special gravy on top. There are 6 levels of heat starting from mild to suicide! We suggest starting with medium if you’re not sure what you’re signing up for! Tables are limited, so have a take-out backup plan. Located on Fairview St. in Burlington, just east of Walkers Line.
